Thank you for your interest in using the online services operated by Hope Tech Inc., D.B.A Wellplaece. (hereafter referred to as “Wellplaece” “us,” or “we”). We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and are grateful for your trust. We know that personal information is important and that you care how we use and share such information. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe what personal information we collect and how we use such information when you use our online and/or mobile services, websites, and software provided on or in connection with wellplaece.com (collectively, the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, registered users, and others who access or otherwise use the Service (hereafter referred to as “you,” “your,” or “User”). If you create a Wellplaece account on behalf of a company, organization, or other provider of services or products related to maufacturing, buying, or selling dental supplies or equipment (“Supplies”), then “you” and “your” includes you and that entity. Your use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and your service agreement with us.

1. Information We Collect

Wellplaece collects information in several ways from the Service. One of the ways we collect personal information is when you provide it to us when you log on to the Service, use the Service, or correspond with us about the Service. The type of personal information we may collect from you may vary depending on the type of account you have with us. Below is a brief summary of the types of information we collect.

  1. Organization Information. If you are an employee, officer, or other authorized person associated with a Dental organization and you register for an account on our Service or correspond with us, we may collect personal information about you, including your name, e-mail address, username, password, payment information, and information about your organization.

  2. Individual User Information. If you are an individual user and accessing the Service through a company account, your company may provide information about you to us, such as your name, email address, username, password, your role or title, date of birth, tax identification number, passport number, and driving license number (collectively referred to as, “User Data”). Some organizations may elect to use a single sign-on (SSO) authentication service rather than usernames and passwords to authenticate user access resulting in less or different types of information being passed to us when you use the Service.

  3. Activity Information and Communication. During the course of using the Service, we collect information about your use of the Service, as well as any information that you submit to the Service, including but not limited to requests and offers for products, inventory information, negotiation terms, and legal documents related to transactions. In addition, we may ask you for personal information at other times, such as when you contact our technical support team, send us an e-mail, complete a user survey, or otherwise communicate with Wellplaece.
2. Information We Automatically Collect and How We Use It

  1. Like most websites and online services, Wellplaece and our vendors collect certain types of usage information when you log on to the Service, use the Service, correspond with us about the Service, or read email communications from us about the Service. This information is typically automatically collected through a variety of tracking technologies, including cookies, web beacons, locally stored objects (such as Flash or HTML5), log files, and similar technology (collectively, “tracking technologies”). We may use third party providers to collect this information on our behalf.

  2. These tracking technologies collect information about how you access and use the Service (e.g., referring pages, exit pages, and URLs, how frequently you access the Service, the pages you view, the links you click, and other actions you take on the Service) and information about the device(s) you use to access the Service (e.g., IP address, browser type, browser language, Internet service provider, device type, model, and manufacturer, a unique ID that allows us to uniquely identify your browser, device or account, operating system, and whether you access the Service from multiple devices). In addition, tracking technologies collect information about your geographical location, such as your city, state/province, and country. Last, tracking technologies may provide us with analytics data to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service and to understand more about the demographics and behaviors of our users.

  3. We may work with third party partners to conduct analyses and employ technologies, including the application of statistical modeling tools, which permit us to recognize and contact you across multiple devices.

  4. We use or may use the data collected through tracking technologies to secure the Service, track use of the Service, improve the Service, to save you time, to provide better technical support, and to promote our services or those of our partners. Some examples of how we use the data we collect from tracking technologies include:

    1. To keep track of whether you are signed in or have previously signed in so that we can display all the features that are available to you or prevent you from having to sign in again.

    2. To remember your settings on the pages you visit so that we can display your preferred content the next time you visit;

    3. To customize the function and appearance of the pages you visit based on information relating to your type of account (e.g., to default you to a particular grade level or to remember customized settings for a report); and

    4. To track usage of the Service for various purposes including website optimization, website improvement, sales, marketing, and billing.

  5. Many browsers are set up to automatically accept cookies but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. Please be aware that if you choose to refuse or disable cookies, some or all features and services (particularly those that require you to sign in) may not function properly. You may also set your e-mail options to prevent the automatic downloading of images that may contain technologies that would allow us to know whether you have accessed an e-mail we have sent you or performed certain actions within it. Deleting cookies does not prevent the collection of information through non-cookie technologies and deletes locally stored objects such as Flash and HTML5 objects.

  6. We and our third-party partners may also use cookies and tracking technologies for advertising purposes.

  7. We do our best to honor the privacy preferences of our users, however, we are unable to respond to Do Not Track signals set by your browser at this time. For additional information about tracking technologies, please see the section entitled “Third-party tracking and online advertising” below.
